Great view from premium room and helpful staffs. I had ac issue with my panorama room so I went around most of the same room and got moved to premium room So I’ll write what I felt with those rooms down below.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the rooms were spotlessly clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Esta, the lovely girl at the reception who checked us in. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Her warm and attentive attitude truly enhanced our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Frankfurt, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, with beautifully designed rooms that offer both comfort and style. The views from the upper floors are simply breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights up. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service. A special shout-out to Sabrina, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed. Her warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu in Frankfurt for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Sabrina, for making my visit truly memorable!

The best hotel in Frankfurt in 4 star price range. Gym with sauna and swimming pool. Tremendous view from room. Excellent location. Outstanding breakfast with wide variety of food. For sure will stay here with next visit in Frankfurt.

First impression was the reception smelled so good. staff were really nice and helpful and it helped that they all spoke English too. it was also close enough to the airport (10min drive) and another 15min drive to the city centre which is great.

The reception staff were amazing, always ready to help and with a friendly smile. Great customer service. Keep up the amazing work. The room was very clean and very welcoming. The only small issue is they should supply more soap bars in the room, we only had one which is used very fast if you are a couple. Had to ask for more. Great Hotel

I would like to express my gratitude to Marouen, the front desk agent at Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt. His warm welcome and professionalism greatly contributed to making my stay enjoyable. He was particularly attentive, helpful, and efficient, answering all my questions with a smile. Thanks to him, my experience at the hotel was even more memorable.
